本文报道71例尖锐湿疣的病理特点及兔抗牛乳头瘤病毒BPV的免疫组化标记结果。查见诊断性挖空细胞者占73％,绝非每例必有.38例(53.5％)BPV阳性.病理确诊中BPV阳性占79.49％,临床确诊中BPV阳性占50.0％(P<0.001);病理诊断的正确性明显高于临床诊断。
This paper reports 71 cases of condyloma acuminata pathological features and rabbit anti-bovine papillomavirus BPV immunohistochemical results. (73.5%) were positive for BPV.The positive rate of BPV in pathological diagnosis was 79.49%, and the positive rate of BPV in clinical diagnosis was 50.0% (P <0.001) The correctness of pathological diagnosis was significantly higher than that of clinical diagnosis.
