为探讨慢性支气管炎病变与单核细胞ADCC效应变化的关系,利用本实验室建立的CTLL_2细胞增殖检测单核/巨噬细胞ADCC效应方法测定了34例慢性支气管炎病人单核细胞ADCC效应,其中22例为自然ADCC(nADCC)效应,12例为体外LPS刺激后ADCC(sADCC)效应,同时测定其非特异杀伤作用,并以40例健康人作为对照组。结果表明慢支病人组单核细胞nADCC效应低于健康对照组(P<0.05),非特异杀伤效应无明显变化,而sADCC效应高于健康对照组(P<0.05),单核细胞活化后非特异杀伤作用也高于健康对照组(P<0.05),提示慢支病人单核细胞ADCC效应变化对疾病的发生和发展具有重要影响。
In order to explore the relationship between chronic bronchitis and changes of mononuclear ADCC, ADCC effect of mononuclear / macrophage ADCC in CTLL-2 cells established in our laboratory was measured in 34 patients with chronic bronchitis Twenty-two patients had natural ADCC (nADCC) effect and 12 patients had ADCC (sADCC) effect after stimulation with LPS in vitro. Their non-specific killing effects were also measured. Forty healthy subjects were used as control group. The results showed that monocytes in chronic bronchitis group had lower nADCC effect than that in healthy control group (P <0.05), no significant changes in non-specific killing effect, while sADCC effect was higher than that in healthy control group (P <0.05) Specific killing effect was also higher than that of healthy control group (P <0.05), suggesting that chronic lymphocyte mononuclear cells ADCC effects have an important impact on the occurrence and development of the disease.
