2002年11月初,全国32家省级卫视在深圳召开全国省级台广告客户恳谈会,并以“全国省级电视台广告协作体”的名义对外宣布推出央视《新闻联播》前后5个段位共65秒的广告联播时间……此举一出,业内哗然,媒体纷纷称“央视的广告大餐要被分食……”。实际上省级台此类的举动已非新闻,早在2001年底已有类似的广告联播方案在酝酿推出,只是在最后时刻由于有关部门的干预而不了了之,而省级卫视联播的概念也一度在2002年年初被炒得沸沸扬扬,吸引了大量企业的关注。如何看待省级卫视联播以及本次联合推出的65秒标版时间呢?
