考虑受热面污染对受热面“传有效度”的影响,建立了基于传递性能的受热面污染监测模型。根据某电厂600 MW锅炉吹灰试验结果进行了计算并与洁净因子物理模型进行了比较分析,结果表明,新模型不仅能达到与洁净因子模型一致的监测效果,而且还同时综合考虑能量守恒和传热过程不可逆的特点,通过污染因子反映做功能力损失相对大小,从而为锅炉受热面污染监测提供了一条新思路。
Considering the influence of the heating surface pollution on the heating surface ’s validity, a monitoring model of the heating surface pollution based on the transfer performance was established. According to the results of the soot blowing test of a 600 MW boiler in a power plant, the results were compared with the physical model of the cleanliness factor. The results show that the new model can not only achieve the same monitoring effect as the cleanliness factor model, but also consider both conservation of energy The irreversible feature of the thermal process, reflecting the relative size of the power loss through the pollution factor, thus providing a new idea for monitoring the heating surface pollution of the boiler.
