去年第三期“工作研究”专栏发表了“施工企业推行『满负荷』工作法的探讨”一文,就推行的可能性和必要性以及主要内容和指标进行了论述。此文就推行『满负荷』工作法,又进一步引深到“项目法”施工和搞活企业内部用工制度方面。仍望引起广大施工企业经营者的思考。
