Although sexual education in China has gained momentum since 1986, the form used to explain radio is a virgin land that is not cultivated domestically and is the most direct form. “Whispered” these three words, no matter what you write and say, are common, simple, but the sensitivity is too difficult to describe. On October 24, 1992, the second edition of the “Liberation Daily” in Shanghai published a cultural message of about 300 words and reported that Shanghai People’s Broadcasting Station will have a new pattern starting from October 26. At the end of the story, there was such a three-line word: “990 kHz first introduced the” Whisper “program from 23:10 on the evening of the 26th. For the first time, we systematically introduced sexual knowledge in radio waves and hired medical experts, psychologists, Sociologist speaking. ”
