在建立筒形件强旋有限元力学模型过程中,旋轮与工件接触区及其边界的描述是重要的一环。在前人研究成果的基础上,正确地解决了这一问题,提出了更加接近实际情况的模型,并用该模型对强旋工艺过程进行了刚塑性有限元分析,揭示了工件表面的应力应变分布规律。
In the process of establishing the finite element mechanical model of the cylindrical rotating part, the description of the contact area between the rotating wheel and the workpiece and its boundary is an important part. Based on the research results of predecessors, this problem was correctly solved and a model closer to the actual situation was put forward. The rigid-plastic finite element analysis of the strong spin process was carried out with this model. The stress and strain distribution on the workpiece surface was revealed law.
