以17β雌二醇为原料合成了17β雌二醇-6(0——甲基)肟人血清白蛋白,其6位碳原子上的氧化采用Corey氧化剂(PCC),得到比目前采用的其它方法更高的产率,原料回收良好,17β—雌二醇与人血清白蛋白的克分子比为33:1。
