本文报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(4-硝基-噻唑)-三氮烯(NPNTT)的合成及其与钴的显色反应研究。在Triton X-100的存在下,pH10.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与钴发生显色反应,钴与NPNTT形成摩尔比为1∶5型的配合物,在450nm处有一最大正吸收,在540nm处有一最大负吸收。以460nm为参比波长,540nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.25×105L/(mol·cm),钴的浓度在0~320μg/L范围内,符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定废水中的微量钴,结果满意。
This paper reports the synthesis of 1- (4-nitrophenyl) -3- (4-nitro-thiazolyl) -triazene (NPNTT) and its color reaction with cobalt. The reagent can react with cobalt in the presence of Triton X-100 in Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution of pH10.0. Cobalt forms a 1: 5 molar ratio with NPNTT and has a maximum at 450 nm Positive absorption, with a maximum negative absorption at 540 nm. With the reference wavelength of 460 nm and the wavelength of 540 nm as the measurement wavelength, the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.25 × 105 L / (mol · cm) and the cobalt concentration is within the range of 0 ~ 320 μg / L, which accords with Beer’s law. With the proposed method for the determination of trace cobalt in wastewater, the results are satisfactory.
