港深69X1井完钻垂深为4318.14 m,完钻斜深为5464.43 m,井底水平位移3118.04 m,最大井斜46.40°。港深69X1井上部地层成岩性差,造浆严重;下部地层泥页岩层理发育,吸水易剥蚀掉块、坍塌。要求钻井液具有较好的抑制性能、润滑性能、携岩洗井能力和防漏及堵漏功能。该井在井深2300 m以上井段使用聚合物抑制性钻井液体系,抑制上部地层的造浆;井深2300 m以下井段采用硅基防塌钻井液体系,提高钻井液抗温能力,预防泥页岩的垮塌。现场应用表明,该套钻井液体系施工效果较好,保证了钻井作业的顺利进行。
