本研究应用6个粒用高梁品种4种胞质类型,组成5个同质异核系和5个异质同核系进行高梁核质互作对杂种优势的研究。结果表明:有50%的核代换系单穗粒重和单穗粒数2个主要性状呈正向平均优势,有60%核代换系生育日数表现负向平均优势。此结果说明高梁核质杂种优势的研究利用,对培育早熟高产品种,克服单一迈罗胞质杂种的脆弱性,节省制种繁杂过程,提高经济效益是有其理论和生产现实意义的。
In this study, we studied the heterosis of sorghum-nucleus-cytoplasm interaction using 6 cytoplasmic types of sorghum, 6 homogenous heterotic lines and 5 heterologous nuclear lines. The results showed that there were positive average advantages for 50% of kernel substitutions per grain weight and grain number per spike, and 60% substitutions had the negative average advantage. This result shows that the sorghum nucleus heterosis research and utilization have great theoretical and practical significance for cultivating early maturity and high yield varieties, overcoming the vulnerability of single Milo cybrid, saving complicated process and improving economic efficiency.
