目的维生素D缺乏可导致慢性心力衰竭,本文观察慢性心力衰竭患者补充维生素D3后患者心功能和血清细胞因子IL-10,TNF-水平的变化。方法 78例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照纽(38例)和观察组(40例),对照组予常规心力衰竭治疗,观察组在常规心力衰竭基础上加维生素D3和钙剂治疗。观察并比较如下指标:治疗前、治疗10周后两组6min步行试验结果,血清BNP,IL-10,TNF-α浓度。结果治疗10周后的对照组和观察组之间6min步行试验结果、血清BNP水平比较无明显差异,而观察组血清TNF-α、IL-10水平分别降低和升高(P<0.01)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者补充维生素D3后能够改善细胞因子的水平,但没能进一步改善患者的运动耐力。
The purpose of vitamin D deficiency can lead to chronic heart failure, the paper observed in patients with chronic heart failure after vitamin D supplementation in patients with heart function and serum cytokines IL-10, TNF-a level changes. Methods 78 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the control group (n = 38) and the observation group (n = 40). The control group was treated with conventional heart failure. The observation group was treated with vitamin D3 and calcium based on routine heart failure. Observed and compared the following indicators: before treatment, after 10 weeks of treatment two groups of 6min walk test results, serum BNP, IL-10, TNF-αconcentration. Results After 6-week walk test between the control group and the observation group after 10 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in serum BNP levels, while the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 in the observation group were decreased and increased (P <0.01). Conclusion Vitamin C supplementation in patients with chronic heart failure can improve cytokine levels, but failed to further improve exercise tolerance.
