目的建立皂角刺中槲皮素含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(30:70),检测波长为360nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1,进样量为10μL。结果槲皮素0.067~0.536μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.68%,RSD=2.17%。结论所用方法简便、准确、快速,可用于皂角刺药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in saponin stalks. Methods HPLC method was used. The column was Kromasil C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (30:70). The detection wavelength was 360nm. The column temperature was 30°C and the flow rate was 1.0mL. · min-1, injection volume 10μL. Results The linear relationship between quercetin 0.067-0.536 μg and peak area was good (r=0.9998). The average recovery was 98.68% and RSD was 2.17%. Conclusion The method used is simple, accurate and rapid. It can be used for the quality control of Radix Sophorae.
