一、《法学方法论》的主要内容《法学方法论》是台湾学者杨仁寿先生结合自身的工作经历于1986年所写,后经修改再版,经中国人民大学王利明教授推荐后在大陆地区出版,逐渐成为法律专业学生必读书目。本书一共分为六编,分别是引论、法学方法论、法学发展论、法学实践论、法学构成论以及附录。第一编引论从“诽韩案”入手,比较了各国的立法例,结合台湾“刑事诉讼法”相关规定进行反思,强调法官的素养应当与时俱进。在引论中还对“恶法亦法”做了明确的论
I. The Main Content of “Legal Methodology” The “methodology of legal science” was written by Taiwan scholar Mr. Yang Renshou in 1986 with his own working experience and was revised and reprinted. After being recommended by Professor Wang Liming of Renmin University of China, it was published in mainland China and gradually became Law students must read a bibliography.
