署局合并开启管理新局面根据十二届全国人大一次会议审议通过的《国务院机构改革和职能转变方案》,为进一步推进文化体制改革,统筹新闻出版广播影视资源,决定将新闻出版总署、国家广电总局的职责整合,组建国家新闻出版广电总局。3月22日,国家新闻出版广电总局挂牌仪式分别在原国家广电总局、新闻出版总署举行。新成立的新闻出版广电总局主要职责是,统筹规划新闻出版广播电影电视事业产业发展,监督管理新闻出版广播影视机构和业务以及出版物、广播影视节目的内容和质量,负责著作权管理等。
According to the “State Council Institutional Reform and Functional Transformation Program” examined and approved by the First Session of the 12th National People’s Congress, in order to further promote the reform of the cultural system and make co-ordination of press, publication, broadcasting, film and television resources, it was decided that the Press and Publication Administration, the State SARFT responsibilities integration, the formation of the State Administration of Press, Publication, SARFT. On March 22, the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television announced the listing of ceremonies at the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and Press and Publication Administration respectively. The newly established State Administration of Press and Publication SARFT is responsible for the overall planning of the development of the industry of press, publication, broadcasting, film and television businesses, supervision and administration of the contents and quality of press, publication, radio and film agencies and businesses, publications, radio and television programs, and copyright management.
