针对测控系统中运行管理计算机实时获取各控制计算机的过程数据,及时触发数据采集与处理系统问题,对基于分布式局域网的旋转天平测控系统通讯机制进行研究。针对旋转天平试验技术要求,给出测控系统组成框架图,各子系统间采用Profibus-DP、OPC技术和DataSocket通讯机制组成分布式局域网。引导试验结果表明:该系统实现了各子系统间指令、信息、参数和试验数据实时传递,自动化程度高,能减少人为操作。
In view of the fact that the operation management computer in the measurement and control system acquires the process data of each control computer in real time and triggers the data acquisition and processing system in time, the communication mechanism of the rotation balance measurement and control system based on distributed local area network is studied. According to the technical requirements of rotating balance test, a frame diagram of the measurement and control system is given. The distributed local area network is composed of Profibus-DP, OPC technology and DataSocket communication mechanism among subsystems. The pilot test results show that the system realizes the real-time transfer of instructions, information, parameters and test data between subsystems with a high degree of automation and can reduce man-made operations.
