目的了解孟津县食物中毒情况,揭示其分布、类型和原因,并探索预防食物中毒的措施,使食物中毒的预防工作更具有科学性、针对性和有效性。方法对2007-2009年孟津县疾病预防控制机构的食物中毒报表、调查报告进行综合分析。结果 2007-2009年孟津县食物中毒呈逐年下降趋势,共发生食物中毒81起,中毒2 400人,死亡7人,病死率0.29%。食物中毒发生场所以集体食堂为主,中毒类型以细菌性食物中毒为主,化学性食物中毒的病死率最高。结论应针对中毒原因提出针对性的防治对策,减少食物中毒事故的发生。预防细菌性食物中毒是某地卫生监督的重点。
Objective To understand the food poisoning situation in Mengjin County, reveal the distribution, types and causes of food poisoning, and explore measures to prevent food poisoning so as to make the prevention of food poisoning more scientific, specific and effective. Methods A comprehensive analysis was carried out on food poisoning reports and investigation reports of Mengjin County CDC in 2007-2009. Results Food poisoning in Mengjin County showed a decreasing trend year by year from 2007 to 2009. There were 81 food poisonings, 2 400 poisonings, 7 deaths and a case fatality rate of 0.29%. The place where food poisoning occurs is dominated by canteens, and the type of poisoning is mainly bacterial food poisoning, with the highest case fatality rate of chemical food poisoning. Conclusions Aiming at the causes of poisoning, some countermeasures should be put forward to reduce the incidence of food poisoning accidents. Prevention of bacterial food poisoning is the focus of health surveillance in one place.
