用X光电子能谱(XPS)结合X衍射(XRD)和X荧光光谱(XFS)较深入地探讨了PVFc的热氧化分解过程。XPS研究表明,热氧化后铁原子价态明显升高,再根据Fe2_(p3/2)谱的强度变化,说明薄膜表面氧化时经过某些中间阶段;XFS分析表明含铁量基本不变,证明上述变化仅发生在很薄的表面层。从XPS的研究得出PVFc中铁原子在170~180℃时开始被明显氧化;从XRD分析表明,氧化早期并未形成晶态氧化铁,直至约380℃时才开始形成结晶态的α—Fe_2O_3。
The thermal oxidative decomposition of PVFc was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) combined with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XFS). The results of XPS show that the valence of iron atom increases obviously after thermal oxidation, and then the intensity of Fe2_ (p3 / 2) spectrum changes indicates that some intermediate stages of the film surface oxidation occur. The XFS analysis shows that the content of iron is basically the same, The above changes occur only in thin surface layers. From the XPS study, it was found that the iron atoms in PVFc began to be oxidized obviously at 170-180 ℃. From the XRD analysis, no crystalline iron oxide was formed in the early stage of oxidation, and the crystalline α-Fe 2 O 3 began to form until about 380 ℃.
