目的分析污水处理工作场所中的职业病危害因素,确定其危害程度。方法主要采用类比法、定量分级法以及综合分析的方法对文昌污水处理厂扩建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素进行确定其存在的部位及分布。结果依据类比企业检测结果,粉尘合格率为83.33%,化学有害因素合格率为100%,噪声合格率为83.36%。结论类比作业场所中存在粉尘和噪声危害,针对可研报告中提出防护措施和设施方面存在的不足,应提出相应的建议,以完善防护对策,保护劳动者健康。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazards in the sewage treatment workplaces and determine their harm degree. Methods The methods of analogy, quantitative grading and comprehensive analysis were used to determine the possible location and distribution of possible occupational hazards in the expansion project of Wenchang WWTP. Results According to the test results of analogy enterprises, the pass rate of dust was 83.33%, the pass rate of chemical harmful factors was 100% and the pass rate of noise was 83.36%. Conclusion Dust and noise hazards exist in the analogy workplace. For the deficiencies in protective measures and facilities proposed in the feasibility study report, suggestions should be put forward to improve the protective measures and protect the health of workers.
