The previous article defined the motions of the spindle due to operational errors and briefly described its measurement method. The factors that affect the accuracy of spindle operation are the following: (1) geometric accuracy and assembly tolerances of the spindle and other related parts; (2) working conditions such as speed, load and lubrication; (3) structure of the spindle system By row, such as bearing type, bearing span and transmission; (4) deformation caused by temperature changes.
