目前通61 断块已处于特高含水开发后期。为了挖掘断块的潜力,1997 年在精细油藏描述和动态资料分析的基础上,探讨了该块剩余油的分布规律,认为高含水的主力油层是挖潜的主要方向。1997 年、1998 年采取了针对性较强的配套措施,取得了高产开发效果,表明打高效调整井、产液结构调整和大泵提液强采是特高含水后期提高采收率普遍适用的有效措施。统计资料表明,1996 年通61 断块的自然递减率、综合递减率、含水上升率分别为36.9% 、8.4% 、1.0% ,到1997 年分别下降为13.2% 、3.9% 、0.4% ,年产量增加了7.3×104t;增加可采储量23×104t,采收率由49.8% 提高到51.1% 。
