本文建议了一个连轧张力微分方程: dσ_(fi)/dt=E/(h_i integral from n=0 to L (dx)/(h(x)))(v_(i+1)~′-v_i)它适用于恒断面和变断面等各种轧制过程。当机架间带钢断面恒定时,它可以简化成恒断面张力微分方程。基于对上述方程的推导和讨论,本文指出:认为恒断面张力微分方程可以应用到变断面情况而不带来其它误差的观点是错误的。
This paper proposes a tension differential equation of continuous rolling: dσ_f / dt = E / h_i integral from n = 0 to L dx / h x) v_i + 1 ~ -v_i ) It is suitable for a variety of rolling processes such as constant section and variable section. When the section of the strip between the racks is constant, it can be simplified to a constant section tension differential equation. Based on the derivation and discussion of the above equations, this paper points out that it is wrong to assume that the constant cross-section tension differential equation can be applied to the case of variable section without any other error.
