Fe、Ni、Sb、Sn 在 Cu-O 熔体和 CaF_2-CaO-MgO-SiO_2之间的平衡分配,是在1500K氧化镁坩埚中测定的。结果表明:当金属含氧量从100ppm 到饱和(2.1%)时,所研究的渣中溶质的状态为 Fe(111)、Ni(11)、Sb(111)、Sn(Ⅵ)。也测定了无溶质元素时渣中氧化亚铜的溶解度,其最大溶解度约为4±1%(按重量)。用平衡时的成份确定渣中四种溶质氧化物的活度系数(以纯氧化物为基准)。在一系列图中所表示的氧化物活度系数已考虑到了试验
The equilibrium distribution of Fe, Ni, Sb, Sn between the Cu-O melt and CaF 2 -CaO-MgO-SiO 2 was determined in a 1500K magnesia crucible. The results show that the states of solute in the studied slag are Fe (111), Ni (11), Sb (111) and Sn (Ⅵ) when the oxygen content of metal is from 100ppm to saturation (2.1%). The solubility of cuprous oxide in slag without solute elements was also determined and its maximum solubility was about 4 ± 1% by weight. The activity coefficients of the four solute oxides in the slag, based on pure oxide, are determined using the ingredients at equilibrium. The oxide activity coefficient indicated in the series of figures has taken into account the experiment
