所谓“危机感”管理术,就是企业管理者有意制造“危机”,使下属感到有压力,在心理上产生一种“时不我待、不进则退”的危机感,最大限度地发挥潜能,推动企业这个大舟破浪前进。这种“危机感”管理术在日本企业中早已被采用。
The so-called “management of the sense of crisis” means that business managers intentionally create a “crisis” and make subordinates feel pressured to psychologically produce a sense of crisis that they can’t wait and do not advance while they retreat.
