测定了610型镇静钢锭帽口凝固过程的温度场分布及变化,计算并编制了热平衡图,找出三种不同保温材质对钢锭帽口热效率的影响。热工测定和计算表明:现有生产条件下,本钢一钢厂采用轻质绝热板、保护渣和防缩孔剂铸锭新工艺可使帽口侧向热损失减少15~,20%,向钢锭本体传热增加10~14%,使钢锭成材率提高3%。从热平衡计算结果看出帽口保温材质的热容量在损失中占有很大比例,文中对保温材质的改进方向做了探讨。
The temperature field distribution and change of the freezing process of 610 caliber steel ingot were measured. The heat balance diagram was calculated and calculated, and the influence of three kinds of heat preservation materials on the thermal efficiency of ingot hatch mouth was found out. The thermal measurement and calculation show that under the existing production conditions, the new technology of using ingot of lightweight thermal insulation board, mold flux and anti-shrinkage agent ingot can reduce the lateral heat loss of the hat mouth by 15-20% Heat transfer to the ingot body increased by 10 to 14%, the ingot rate of finished products increased by 3%. From the result of heat balance calculation, it is found that the thermal capacity of heat-insulating material of hat hatch accounts for a large proportion of losses, and the improvement direction of heat-insulating material is discussed in this paper.
