行政执法是行政机关代表国家执行法律、法规的行政行为,是使法律、法规、规章得以正确实施的保障,是行政管理过程中不可缺少的环节,也是依法治国、加强党的执政能力建设的必然要求。为掌握我市行政执法基本状况,探讨如何提高重庆市各行政机关依法行政水平,我就全市行政执法工作有关情况进行了一些调研分析,在对当前行政执法工作存在问题进行剖析的基础上,尝试提出一些改进和完善的建议。
