异三尖杉酯碱(Ⅰ)是三尖杉植物(Cephalotaxus)中具有抗肿瘤活性的四个酯碱之一。其它三个酯碱均已有合成的报道。为探索采用非经典的α-烷氧-α-溴代乙酸酯用于Reformatsky反应以合成异三尖杉酯碱的可能性,进行了以该类试剂与简单酮的模拟反应。
Alloharringtonine (I) is one of the four ester bases with anti-tumor activity in Cephalotaxus. The other three ester bases have been reported for synthesis. In order to explore the possibility of using a non-classical α-alkoxy-α-bromoacetate for Reformatsky reaction to synthesize homoharringtonine, a mimic reaction of such reagents with simple ketones was carried out.
