要想使身体松弛柔软,先从活动手指开始,因为手与脑及内脏器官紧密相连:当你发怒时,手就会颤抖。如果两手用力,头脑就会紧张,而双手放松,头脑就会冷静。手指僵硬,表示你身体存在着某些弱点和病兆。没有运动习惯和缺少时间运动的人,时常活动一下手指,做一下手指操,能够放松神经,增强大脑及内脏器官的功能,同时还能使你的手变得更加灵活、柔韧和生动。
