为探讨自由基在过期四环素致肝脏损伤中的毒理作用,本研究通过检测肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)的活性和过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量,来进一步阐明过期四环素致肝脏损伤的作用机理。结果表明:(1)用药组小鼠肝脏的GSH—Px活性较空白对照组显著降低;(2)用药组小鼠肝脏内LPO含量较空白对照组显著升高;(3)用药组小鼠肝脏内GSH—Px/LPO比值较对照组明显降低;(4)用药组GSH—Px活性的降低和LPO含量的升高与累积摄药量呈正比关系。提示:自由基在过期四环素致肝脏损伤中具有重要作用。
In order to explore the toxicological effects of free radicals on tetracycline-induced liver injury, we further clarified the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) Expired tetracycline-induced liver injury mechanism of action. The results showed that: (1) The activity of GSH-Px in the liver of the treated group was significantly lower than that of the blank control group; (2) The LPO content in the liver of the treated group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group; (3) The ratio of GSH-Px / LPO was significantly lower than that of the control group; (4) The decrease of GSH-Px activity and the increase of LPO content were directly proportional to the cumulative dose. Tip: Free radicals in tetracycline-induced liver damage has an important role.
