应用电化学交流阻抗谱研究不同厚度的无机富锌/环氧云铁/脂肪族聚氨酯复合涂层体系在3.5%NaCl和紫外辐射联合作用下的失效过程.结果表明,复合涂层的保护性随着该涂层总厚度增大而增大,但是其增加的幅度逐渐减小.环氧云铁中间漆的屏蔽作用主要体现在服役前期,而在后期则涂层的耐蚀性主要依靠富锌底漆的作用,同样厚度下的富锌底漆对涂层防护性能的提高作用更为明显.复合涂层体系吸水率的变化呈现“三段式”的特点,涂层越薄,吸水饱和期越短,涂层性能下降越快.
