针对渤海QHD32 6油田钻井中钻屑形成泥球的突出问题 ,依据钻屑形成泥球的原因分析 ,采用粘结法、全角滚动法等实验方法 ,评价了自己研制的“FNJ 1”型防粘结剂的抑制钻屑粘结作用效果 ,并应用该剂于渤海QHD32 6油田上百口井的钻井试验中 ,取得抑制钻屑形成泥球的显著效果。
Aimed at the prominent problems of drilling mud formed in the drilling of QHD32 6 oilfield in Bohai Sea, based on the analysis of the mud balls formed by drilling cuttings, the “FNJ 1” type anti-stick The results show that the agent can restrain the binding of drill cuttings, and the application of this agent in the drilling test of hundreds of wells in the QHD32 6 oil field in Bohai Sea has achieved remarkable effect of restraining the cuttings from forming mud balls.
