分析了PH3与N2的二元混合气体在PH3低温捕集器中的二次相变流动,从理论上研究了其传热传质过程的机理。分析结果认为,此过程可分为:凝华、液膜生长及流动和残气凝固三个阶段。针对各阶段建立了相应的数学模型。
The second phase transition of PH3 and N2 mixed gas in PH3 cryogenic trap was analyzed. The mechanism of heat and mass transfer was studied theoretically. Analysis results suggest that this process can be divided into: condensate, liquid film growth and residual flow and solidified three stages.
