为了减轻起重机的重量和构造上的要求,起重机结构的某些构件常依其受力特点而做成变截面形状,但是变截面构件的结构计算相当繁琐,给设计工作造成困难。本文对现有文献进行评述,并针对不同受力情况的变截面构件导出相应的位移计算公式,供工程设计选用,其中还阐述了一般文献所忽略的受端弯矩作用和桁架式构件的计算方法。
In order to reduce the weight and structural requirements of the crane, some components of the crane structure are often made of variable cross-sectional shape according to the force characteristics of the crane. However, the structural calculation of the variable cross-section components is quite complicated, which makes the design work difficult. In this paper, the existing literatures are reviewed, and corresponding displacement formulas are derived for the variable cross-section members under different forces for engineering design, and the calculation of the bending moment and the truss-type members neglected in the general literature method.
