【摘要】目的:研究規范护理的行为对提高住院患者满意度的影响。方法:运用“七多七不”护理服务规范进行护理,每季度进行满意度调查,比较规范护理行为前后各三年的满意度。结果:实施规范护理行为后住院患者满意度提高了5.08%。结论:“七多七不”服务规范了护理的行为提高了住院患者满意度。

Methods:using “seven seven more not” nursing service standard care, every quarter for satisfaction survey, is more normative nursing behavior after the three years of satisfaction. Results:after implementation of standard care behavior raised 5.08% hospital patient satisfaction. Conclusion:“seven seven more not” service standard care behavior raised hospitalized patients with satisfaction.
