随着我国报业集团化建设步伐的加快,如何提高集团优势、壮大实力参与竞争,日益成为报业集团面临的一个严峻而现实的课题。本文通过对核心竞争力概念及特征的分析,从内部原因和外部环境角度,论证了我国报业集团为获取竞争优势而引入核心竞争力这一主题的客观意义,认为培育核心竞争力应作为报业集团长远发展的一种战略选择,这也是报业应对入世挑战和行业内部竞争压力的必然走势。而目前的报业实践中,存在着对于核心竞争力这一概念理解上的诸种误区,应该依据其内涵,从5个方面加以鉴别和澄清,以增加实际操作中的有效性。同时认为打造核心竞争力应遵循必要的原则,经历一个渐进发展的过程,并以报业集团较为成功的相关实例加以阐述和说明。
With the quickening pace of newspaper industry in our country, how to enhance the advantage of the group and increase the strength to participate in the competition have become a serious and realistic subject facing the newspaper industry. Based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics of core competence, this paper demonstrates the objective significance of our newspaper industry group in introducing core competence in order to gain competitive advantage from the perspective of internal reasons and external environment. It holds that cultivating core competitiveness should be reported as The long-term development of the industry group is a strategic choice, which is also an inevitable trend for the newspaper industry to face the pressure of China’s accession to the WTO and the industry’s internal competition. However, there are some misunderstandings about the concept of core competence in the practice of newspaper industry at present, which should be identified and clarified from five aspects according to its connotation so as to increase the effectiveness in practical operation. At the same time, we think that we should follow the necessary principles in building up the core competitiveness, go through a process of gradual development, and elaborate and explain with the successful examples of newspaper groups.
