以油茶籽壳为原料,选择磷酸为活化剂,研究油茶籽壳活性炭的制备工艺。首先通过单因素试验确定液料比、炭化温度、活化温度、活化时间4个显著因素,再通过正交试验对油茶籽壳活性炭制备工艺进行优化。结果表明,选定活化剂磷酸的质量分数为60%,炭化时间为140 min时,制备油茶籽壳活性炭的最佳工艺条件是液料比3.0∶1,炭化温度200℃,活化温度550℃,活化时间60 min,活性炭产品的亚甲基蓝吸附值可达10.5 mL/0.1 g,碘吸附值为1 461 mg/g,以上2个指标均达到木质净水用活性炭中的优级品要求。
Using oil tea seed shell as raw material, phosphoric acid was selected as activator to study the preparation technology of oil tea seed shell activated carbon. Firstly, four significant factors such as liquid-to-liquid ratio, carbonization temperature, activation temperature and activation time were determined by single factor experiment. The orthogonal experiment was also used to optimize the preparation process of the active carbon from camellia seed shell. The results showed that the optimum conditions for preparing activated carbon from Camellia oleifera seed shell were as follows: the ratio of liquid to material 3.0: 1, carbonization temperature 200 ℃, activation temperature 550 ℃, The activation time was 60 min, the methylene blue adsorption value of activated carbon products reached 10.5 mL / 0.1 g, and the iodine adsorption value was 1 461 mg / g. The above two indexes reached the requirements of excellent products in activated carbon with water purification.
