目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定左西孟旦注射液的含量。方法 色谱条件为 :以Shim PackC18(2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm)柱为分析柱 ,甲醇 0 .0 1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (用磷酸调节 pH值为 2 .4 ) (5 5∶4 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 380nm。 结果 左西孟旦浓度在 10~ 5 0 μg·mL-1内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999) ;平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD为 0 .8%。结论 本方法准确、简便、快速 ,适用于测定左西孟旦的含量。
Objective To determine the content of levosimendan injection by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Chromatographic conditions were as follows: Shim Pack C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column as the analytical column, methanol0.0 1 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (phosphoric acid adjusted to pH2.4) (5 5:45) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength of 380nm. Results The peak area and concentration of levosimendan in the concentration range of 10 ~ 50 μg · mL-1 were linear (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.1% and the RSD was 0.8%. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and rapid, suitable for the determination of levosimendan content.
