1986年12月,国家教委正式颁布了经过审定的自然教学大纲,肯定了1981年以来小学自然改革的成果和方向。这是自然学科的大喜事。 自然教学大纲明确提出:“自然教学不仅是知识教学,而且还包含发展爱科学、学科学、用科学的志趣和能力,进行思想品德教育,培养良好的心理品质、行为习惯等方面的要求。在这些要求中,掌握知识和应用知识是基础,其它各方面的要求,要在掌握知识和应用知识的实践过程中,通过启发、熏陶和实际锻炼来实现。在教学中,要有计划地全面体现这些目的和要求。 总的指导思想是:力求自然教学“一举多得”。…… 为了贯彻总的指导思想,教师必须端正教育思想,不断改进教学方法,提高教学质量。 如何“端正教育思想”,实现自然课从知识性到教育性的转变?如何理解和贯彻新大纲的精神,深化自然教学改革?本刊编辑部于今年8月召开了一次座谈会,邀请了十位自然教研员、中青年教师和教育科学研究人员进行讨论,这里发表的,是座谈会上部分发言的摘要。参加座谈会的是:胡济良、潘季顺、熊君明、江石撰、汤浩、吴镇国、张之仁、胡先云、田映新、宋文君。 明年本刊还将对大纲进行系统的分专题的学习和研究,欢迎读者来信来稿。
