大连普兰店供电分公司现有职工476人,担负着普兰店地区近27万用电客户的电能供应、电网经营、信息咨询、电力设施安装维修等工作。多年来,公司以科学发展观为指导,从推行全面质量管理入手,将用户满意作为实现企业可持续发展的重要支撑,把优质服务作为企业的生存之本、效益之本和发展之本,服务水平不断提高。
Dalian Pulandian Power Supply Branch has 476 employees and is responsible for the power supply, power grid operation, information consultation, installation and maintenance of power facilities of nearly 270,000 consumers in the Pulandian area. Over the years, the company has been guided by the concept of scientific development, starting with the implementation of total quality management, using customer satisfaction as an important support for the sustainable development of the company, and using quality services as the basis for survival, effectiveness, and development of the company.
