[目的]了解济宁市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,为改善公共场所的卫生状况、加强公共场所卫生监管工作提供决策依据。[方法]2011年5~7月,在济宁市城区抽取28家使用集中空调通风系统的机关、公共场所进行现场卫生学调查与积尘中微生物检测。[结果]调查15家公共场所单位,均建立健全了卫生组织与管理制度;集中空调新风口位置符合卫生要求的占66.67%,在空调的风管系统安装了供监督检测、清洗消毒用窗口的占60.00%,安装了空气净化消毒装置的占20.00%;空调系统冷凝水能够集中排放,排水管道无堵塞的占86.67%;空调房间内的送、回风口能够经常性清洗,保持风口表面无积尘霉斑的占26.67%。检测管道积尘172份,积尘量均值69.43g/m2,合格率为69.19%;细菌总数均值为2 249CFU/cm2,合格率为43.60%;真菌总数均值为3 494CFU/cm2,合格率为27.91%;军团菌均未检出。不同单位细菌总数、真菌总数的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]济宁市城区公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况较差。
[Objective] To understand the sanitary condition of central air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Jining, and provide the basis for decision-making on improving the sanitary conditions in public places and strengthening the hygiene supervision in public places. [Methods] From May to July 2011, 28 institutions using centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems in urban areas of Jining City were selected to conduct on-site hygiene investigation and microbe detection in dust accumulation in public places. [Results] The survey of 15 public places units, establish and improve the health organization and management system; centralized air conditioning outlet position in line with health requirements accounted for 66.67%, air-conditioning duct system installed for supervision and inspection, cleaning and disinfection of the window Accounting for 60.00%, installed air purification and disinfection devices accounted for 20.00%; condensate air conditioning system can focus on emissions, drainage pipes without blocking accounted for 86.67%; air-conditioned room to send, return to the mouth to regular cleaning, Dust stain accounted for 26.67%. The total amount of dust in the pipeline was 69.43g / m2 and the pass rate was 69.19%. The total number of bacteria was 2 249CFU / cm2 with a pass rate of 43.60%. The average number of fungi was 3 494CFU / cm2 with a pass rate of 27.91 %; Legionella were not detected. The total number of bacteria in different units, the total number of fungi were statistically significant differences (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The sanitary condition of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Jining City is poor.
