OBJECTIVE: Insulin resistance (IR) is present in offspring of offspring of AT1-AA positive pregnant rats at an unknown mechanism. This study will explore the specific mechanism of insulin-induced IR in the offspring of AT1-AA positive pregnant rats. Methods: The AT1-AA positive pregnant rat model was established, and the fasting blood glucose (FBG) and insulin (Fins) of the offspring were measured at 18 d after birth and 18 weeks after birth.
