一、引言钢卷尺的检定应按JJG4-1999《钢卷尺》检定规程进行。JJG4-1999规定了11个检定项目及相应的技术要求和检定方法。其中,大尺寸钢卷尺示值误差的检定由于受到钢卷尺检定台长度的限制,因此当分段测量后,检定数据需要累加并且要和标准钢卷尺的修正值进行修正,会牵涉大量数据计算。对上百个数据逐行、逐项计算,累加误差,并且每点的误差值都要进行判定,即使非常熟练的检定人员也难免出错,同时效率较低。为此,笔者在实际检定过程中利用Excel强大的数据处理和统计分析功能,提高了检定效率,保证了检定结果的准确度。本文就如何利用Excel实现钢卷尺检定数据的快速处理作一介绍。
I. Introduction Steel tape measure should be JJG4-1999 “steel tape” test procedures. JJG4-1999 provides 11 test items and the corresponding technical requirements and test methods.
