本文以终身体育思想为主线,根据“以人为本、健康第一”的教育理念,对瑜伽教学模式进行研究。文章主要运用文献资料法、访谈法、对比研究法,在分析国内外教学模式的基础上,理清体育教学模式的概念,进而提出瑜伽教学模式的构架要素,加以分析,并针对瑜伽教学模式的现状提出新模式的建构要点,使高校瑜伽教学模式更科学规范化,为高校瑜伽教学提供理论性地参考依据。
In this paper, lifelong physical education as the main line, according to “people-oriented, health first” philosophy of education, yoga teaching mode.
