目的:检测雷达站官兵血清生化指标,探讨微波对人体血液生化指标的影响。方法:用全自动生化仪检测425例微波工作人员和对照组132例的血清ALT、AST、ALP、GLU和BUN浓度。结果:ALT、GLU实验组与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),AST、ALP、BUN实验组高于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05),且随辐射强度增加而升高(P<0.05)。结论:微波辐射对人体有一定伤害,并且随微波辐射强度增强而伤害加深。
Objective: To detect the serum biochemical indexes of officers and soldiers in radar station and discuss the influence of microwave on the biochemical indexes of human blood. Methods: The serum ALT, AST, ALP, GLU and BUN concentrations in 425 cases of microwave workers and control group were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: There was no significant difference between ALT and GLU experimental group and control group (P> 0.05). The levels of AST, ALP and BUN in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and increased with the increase of radiation intensity <0.05). Conclusion: The microwave radiation has some harm to the human body, and harms the deepening with the increase of microwave radiation intensity.
