In the development and utilization of human resources, are people looking for high IQs and doing things better than others? Or are they looking for good people and being responsible for their work? This has always been a major problem for human resource management. After the first visit, the opinions were divided. As early as the 30s of last century, psychologists have summarized five major characteristics, arguing that this is the most important and universal characteristic that brings successful performance to companies and individuals. The five points are: extroversion, stable emotions, easy-going, serious and responsible, and courageous practice. These features seem ordinary, no wonder that many managers will have a “but not so” sigh. However, the researches of two famous scholars Barrick and Mount are quite impressive.
