目的探讨无创呼吸机联合常规方法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)引起的肺心病导致急性肺水肿的临床效果。方法选取在我院进行治疗的COPD引起的肺心病导致急性肺水肿的患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规方法,观察组在对照组基础上实施无创呼吸机治疗。结果治疗后,观察组心率(HR)、呼吸(RR)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)较对照组明显降低,PH、动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、血氧饱和度(SaO_2)明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予COPD引起的肺心病导致急性肺水肿患者无创呼吸机联合常规治疗,可促进患者临床症状改善,减轻心肺功能损伤,提高呼吸舒适度,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator combined with conventional method in treating acute pulmonary edema caused by pulmonary heart disease caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Eighty patients with acute pulmonary edema caused by COPD caused by COPD in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (n = 40 in each group). Control group to implement the conventional method, the observation group in the control group based on the implementation of non-invasive ventilator therapy. Results After treatment, heart rate (HR), respiration (RR) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO_2) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while PH, PaO_2 and SaO_2 were significantly increased The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group hospitalization time is less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The cost of hospitalization in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Pulmonary heart disease (COPD) caused by COPD can lead to noninvasive ventilator combined with conventional therapy in patients with acute pulmonary edema, which can improve clinical symptoms, reduce cardiopulmonary function impairment and improve respiratory comfort, and has clinical value of popularization.
