由压陷阻力造成的能量损失已成为带式输送机设计中一个很重要的因素。因此采用适当的方法对压陷阻力进行分析计算,对于带式输送机具有重要的意义。在讨论压陷阻力形成原因的基础上,推导出压陷阻力的近似计算公式。在确保精度的前提下,为了简化计算,选取压陷阻力的模型为一维Winkler模型,同时假设输送带的下覆盖层为线性黏弹性体,选取三元件Maxwell固体模型来描述覆盖层材料的力学特性。最后,利用MATLAB软件探讨和分析了在不同带速和托辊直径条件下载荷对压陷阻力的影响。
The energy loss caused by pressure resistance has become a very important factor in the design of belt conveyors. Therefore, using appropriate methods to analyze and calculate the pressure resistance is of great significance to the belt conveyor. On the basis of discussing the formation of the pressure resistance, the approximate formula of the pressure resistance is deduced. Under the premise of ensuring accuracy, in order to simplify the calculation, one-dimensional Winkler model is selected as the compression resistance. At the same time, assuming that the lower covering layer of the conveyor belt is a linear viscoelastic body, a three-component Maxwell solid model is selected to describe the mechanics of the covering material characteristic. Finally, the influence of the load on the compression resistance under different belt speeds and idler diameters was discussed and analyzed by MATLAB software.
