图书馆是社会公共文化教育机构,是公共学习交流场所。高校图书馆和公共图书馆隶属不同管理部门,也属不同类型的图书馆,如何打破高校馆和公共馆的界线,合作开展服务,尝试从设立分馆入手,使高校馆融入区域公共图书馆服务体系之中,实现实体资源所有权不变,数字资源归属地不变,网络资源各自建设,但互通使用,最终达到合作共建、联合服务、互补突破,开放一体。
Library is a public cultural and educational institutions, public exchange of learning venues.
