用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对GCr15钢制2毫米以下的小量块在精研后表面产生“麻点”缺陷的原因进行了分析:通过大量测量和记录夹杂物的大小和形状,对比研究夹杂物对“麻点”的影响,表明缺陷主要由钢中存在复合点状夹杂物所引起。
The causes of “pockmarks ” defects on the surface after lapping of GCr15 steel with small size less than 2mm were analyzed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. By measuring and recording the size and shape of inclusions in large quantities, The influence of inclusions on “pitting ” shows that the defects are mainly caused by the composite point-like inclusions in the steel.
