本论文简要回顾了人们对光纤测温感兴趣的原因,评论了其研究水平已进展到商品化程度的各种类型的光纤温度传感器。文中把注意力集中到利用荧光物质传感器的荧光衰减速率来测定温度的特殊技术上。该技术为实际应用提供了无需校准的操作方法和对多种应用(?)特定探头类型的简便互换性。本文在描述了一些可行系统后简要强调了包括高压变压器、工业微波加热应用、电磁感应热疗、电子制造和测试及磁共振的某些关键应用。
This paper briefly reviews the reasons why people are interested in optical fiber temperature measurement and comments on various types of optical fiber temperature sensors whose research level has progressed to commercialization. The focus of the article focuses on the particular technique of determining the temperature using the fluorescence decay rate of a fluorescent substance sensor. This technology provides a calibration-free method of operation and easy interchangeability for a wide range of application-specific probe types for practical applications. After describing some of the possible systems, this article briefly highlights some of the key applications including high voltage transformers, industrial microwave heating applications, electromagnetic induction hyperthermia, electronics manufacturing and testing, and magnetic resonance.
